Install HPM Chat as App
Get quick access and a better experience with our Progressive Web App
Important — before you start
Log in to the chat first, then follow the installation steps below.The installation must be done from inside the chat, not from the login page.
Why install as App?
- Quick access from home screen
- Works like a native app
- Push notifications for new messages
- No need to open browser
1 Open Menu
In Chrome or your browser, tap the three dots menu (⋮) in the top right corner.
2 Add to Home Screen
Select "Add to Home screen" or "Install app" from the menu.
Look for "Add to Home screen" or "Install app" option
3 Confirm Installation
Tap "Add" or "Install" in the popup dialog.
4 Done!
The HPM Chat icon will appear on your home screen. Tap it to launch the app!
Safari works on all versions of iOS and is the most reliable option.
Chrome also works, but only on iOS 16.4 or later. If Chrome gives you trouble, switch to Safari.
1 Open in Safari (or Chrome on iOS 16.4+)
Open the chat in Safari. If you're already in Chrome and your iPhone runs iOS 16.4 or later, you can try directly from Chrome.
2 Share Button
Tap the Share button at the bottom of the screen.
Look for the Share icon at the bottom toolbar
3 Add to Home Screen
Scroll down and select "Add to Home Screen"
4 Confirm and Add
Edit the name if desired, then tap "Add" in the top right.
5 Done!
The HPM Chat icon will appear on your home screen!
